Data Methodology
Definitions used throughout the terminal.
- Liquidity / Reserve: USD value of assets held in a pool as reported by the upstream indexer.
- TVL: total value locked on a chain as computed by DefiLlama across indexed protocols.
- Volume: USD value swapped in the window. Chain-level volume is a DefiLlama aggregate; pool volume comes from GeckoTerminal.
- Transactions: count of swaps in the window, split into buys and sells of the base token.
- Fees: the pool fee tier where the DEX exposes it. Fee revenue is estimated as volume times fee tier and labelled as such.
- Estimated price impact: constant-product approximation, size / (reserve / 2 + size). Shown for $1k, $10k and $100k reference sizes.
